Bring a Sweater
Even though it’s hot outside, the Convention Center rooms are often freezing. Leave the tank tops and flip-flops at home, and bring a cozy sweater or hoodie just in case—you’ll thank us later! For attire, no need to dress up unless you want to—most people wear smart casual, such as fun T-shirts and tops with jeans or slacks and dresses.
Policies
All PHXDW Conference attendees must wear the PHXDW badge you will receive at registration at all times while inside the Phoenix Convention Center. Be prepared to show your badge to security when entering the main stage and breakout areas.
Shoulder bags, such as purses, messenger bags, and laptop bags, are permitted. Individual bottled water, refillable water bottles, and other non-alcoholic beverages for personal consumption are allowed. All other food and beverages are not permitted on the conference premises unless we serve them to you.
Phoenix Convention Center assumes no responsibility or liability for the loss of or damage to personal property brought onto or into the premises. Guests shall visit and park at their own risk.
