BRING A SWEATER
Even though it's hot outside, the Convention Center rooms are frequently freezing cold. Leave the tank tops and flip flops at home and bring a cozy sweater or a hoodie just in case — you'll thank us later! For attire, no need to dress up unless you want to — most people wear smart casual, such as fun t-shirts and tops with jeans/slacks and dresses.

Enjoy appetizers and a cash bar during the Rooted Reception following the conference sessions on Friday, September 19 from 6:00-8:00PM.
You may bring your own bottled water and other non-alcoholic beverages for personal consumption into the conference areas. There are water bottle filling stations located near restrooms on both the first and third floors.

During the lunch break on Saturday, pick up your pre-ordered lunchbox in the designated area on the first floor, then join all your new friends, conference speakers, and AIGA AZ board members for socializing in the open seating area, or drop in to one of the optional Lunch 'n' Learn sessions.
