Let’s keep our roots growing deeper and cultivate new connections as Phoenix Design Week 2025 continues across metro Phoenix area and Tucson – and be sure to join us for one final send-off at the official PHXDW Closing Party hosted by Artisan Colour on Friday, September 26.

Type Thursday Phoenix
Type Thursday Phoenix is a monthly gathering of designers, typographers, letterers, educators, and visual storytellers focused on growing through conversation, critique, and community.
As part of Phoenix Design Week 2025, we’re inviting creatives of all levels to join us for a night of typography exploration, honest feedback, and connection. Our signature TypeCrit format provides presenters with the opportunity to share in-progress work and receive constructive feedback from a room full of peers, whether you’re refining a typeface, testing a layout, or refining a brand system.
The evening also includes networking, refreshments, typography-related giveaways, and a few fun surprises thanks to our incredible venue partner Dialog and generous community sponsors.
