Let’s keep our roots growing deeper and cultivate new connections as Phoenix Design Week 2025 continues across metro Phoenix area and Tucson – and be sure to join us for one final send-off at the official PHXDW Closing Party hosted by Artisan Colour on Friday, September 26.

Roots + Relations
Join us for Cahokia PHX: Roots + Relations, a networking event designed to bring together cultural designers and local Arizona creatives for an evening of connection, collaboration, and inspiration. This gathering offers an opportunity to connect with design professionals, creative service providers, and cultural innovators, while expanding your network of contacts and opportunities.
Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy refreshments, interactive creative activities, and engaging conversations. Roots + Relations embodies the essence of being “Rooted” by centering cultural perspectives and local design voices in meaningful exchange. The event highlights how our creative practices are grounded in heritage, community, and place while also fostering connections that allow designers to grow and branch out.
By bringing together cultural designers, Indigenous creatives, and Arizona’s broader design community, this networking exchange celebrates the diverse roots that shape our region’s design identity.
