James Archer

James Archer is the VP of Sales & Marketing (formerly Chief Design Officer) at Crowd Favorite , a digital agency focused on high-end design, content, and development services for complex projects with clients like Sony, Starz, DirecTV, Ogilvy, NVIDIA, Phish, National Geographic, ColourPop, and Dave Matthews Band. James was also the founder of the well-respected user experience design firm Forty, which was acquired Crowd Favorite in 2014, and now forms the agency’s design team. Forty designed rich, emotional, and effective experiences for clients like Microsoft, Motorola, Walmart, and Yahoo, and the team’s work has appeared in U.S. News & World Report, Fast Company, Businessweek, Entrepreneur, New York Times, AdAge, NPR, and others. James lives in Gilbert, AZ his wife Katie and their two boys. In his free time, he’s also a fiction writer, photographer, and Boy Scout leader.
